John Henig Obtains $2 Million Judgment on Counterclaim

John A. Henig represented the defendants in the case of Richard Dorsey and Dorsey Motor Sales, Inc. v. Victor Motor Company, Inc., Victor Motor Company, L.L.C., Clifford W. Cleveland, Lamar F. Wagner and Alan J. Taunton. The case was tried in the Circuit Court of Autauga County, Alabama. The court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants as to all claims of plaintiffs. The case proceeded to trial on the defendants’ counterclaim, and on April 12, 2011, the defendants/counterclaim plaintiffs were awarded a judgment in the amount of $2,140,943.03 plus court costs against all plaintiffs.
