Biography
Since 2011, Richard Vann has been providing skilled legal counsel in the areas of domestic relations, business litigation, financial services litigation, corporate investigations, landlord/tenant disputes, personal injury cases, and appeals. With a strong background in finance and a meticulous approach to legal challenges, Richard has built a reputation for delivering results-driven solutions tailored to his individual clients' unique needs. Since being admitted to the bar, Richard has been committed to delivering exceptional legal services to his clients ensuring their rights and interests are thoroughly represented and protected.
Richard started his career as a law clerk for the Honorable William M. Acker, Jr., United States District Judge for the Northern District of Alabama. Afterwards he spent several years working for large regional law firm with a litigation practice focusing on financial services throughout the State of Florida. Richard’s practice today relies on personal relationships, and each client receives Richard’s personal attention throughout the duration of their legal matter.

As a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Richard brings a unique expertise to his corporate investigation practice as well as to divorce matters involving complex finances. He is also an active member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Montgomery Volunteer Lawyers Program. Richard is admitted to practice before all State Courts and U.S. District Courts in Alabama and Florida.
When he's not practicing law, Richard enjoys playing tennis, cooking and spending time with his Wife and three daughters.
